Well here are some height and weight stats for an average 150 pound person. Yours will be more or less depending on your weight. If you are muscular you will weigh more but not be considered fat!

5'3 131-137
5'3 138-145
5'4 140-148
5'5 140-149
5'6 150-154
5'7 154-158
5'8 160-170
6'0 164-176
and onwards. You can use Body Mass Index calculator to accurately measure if you are above average weight, standard or below average for your height vs weight ratio.
Calorie calculator: 25xyour weight in kilograms
Example: 100x25= 2500 calories a day for 100kg person to maintain at 100 kg.

Yours is the first site that will tell me I weight what I should! I'm 5'8" and 168 lbs. I lift and workout 6 days a week and consider myself "fit" but most calculators tell me I should weight 10 lbs or more less than I do. This chart you have makes sense..thank you!
