Losing weight

Well first you should increase your metabolism rate. Healthy ways to lose weight and keeping it off forever are:

1. Regular excercise (3-4 days a week for 30 minutes)
2. Doing weight training( check my blog www.weightliftingexcercises.blogspot.com)
3. Eating healthy food with high fiber. (All Bran, whole wheat bread, etc)
4. Spot reducing fat is incredibally hard and can only be lost by liposuction or operation or losing fat overall.
5. Controlling on calories( Eat 200 less calories each day than you are supposed to).

Example: 100kg person needs 2500 calories a day. Instead eat 2300 calories and also exercise which will burn some more calories because the calorie labels on food items are never perfect and exercise helps maintain a healthy heart.
