tips for Increasing metabolism rate

There is much more to metabolism than an average person like you or even me before I read books on it. Metabolism is something that is only natural. Many people think that everyone is born with a metabolism rate and that rate is natural and cannot be changed.

Well it is true that you are born with a metabolism rate and that is why some of your friends maybe eating more than you but still staying in shape without exercising. But you can definitely change your metabolism rate if you follow few simple guidelines and you will not only lose weight but you will have the ability to keep the weight steady even after the Christmas time.

So what are the guidelines?
Water> Drink plenty of water everyday. 1.5-2.5 liters of water a day! Water is good for everything (eyesight, teeth, body, health and of course weight loss). There are some rumors around that water makes a person grow fatter stomach. I have researched a lot about metabolism and I am talking from experience that water does not make you fat in any shape or form at all!

Exercising is an obvious one. It is so obvious that people don't do it. Exercising doesn't mean going to the gym for three hours one day and then taking off for the whole week eating burgers and cakes. Exercise regularly and at a constant level (same speed, time and types of exercises).Exercises gets your heartbeat up which in turns supplies more blood to the brain and increases metabolism which causes you to lose weight as well.

Right meals: Some foods that have helped increase the metabolic rate are garlic, tomatoes, onions, carrots, broccoli and other green vegetables. Also it is important to eat all three meals with breakfast being the superior meal because it is the first meal of the day and keeps you fueled for the whole day. All three meals must be eaten in right amounts.

If you are really trying hard to increase metabolism and lose weight then DO NOT GO TO BUFFETS! Buffets are places where people usually over eat to get their money worth and this in turn tells their brain that they will eat this much everyday, but instead you eat nothing the next day at the same time which causes your metabolism rate to fall down.
So here you have it drink water, exercise, watch what you eat and eat in the right portions. Have a healthy routine and good luck on losing weight and increasing metabolism forever
